Cosi is the most convenient place for me to get my breakfast in the morning, but the absolute lack of quality control or quality concern at the location has caused me to look elsewhere. Every morning the bagels on display are flat, maybe risen 1/2" at most, and misshapen, with huge uneven holes in the middle. It's not just one type of bagel, but nearly every one that's made. For a while it seemed the employees would try to choose the "best" of these bagels to serve, but they've since given up. I can see why - they'd have to throw out nearly every bagel they made. Cosi's bagels are usually some of my favorites, but I've started going out of my way to other places since this store doesn't just fail to make the bagels well, they fail to make them *right*.
